Shipping and Deliveries

We ship worldwide from Portugal and work with several carrier companies, depending on the destination market.
To make sure the package is received and collected on first attempt, our recommendation is that you use your work address. Delivery hours normally take place between 9am and 7pm on working days.
After your order is processed and shipped, you will be receiving a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number so you can follow the package throughout the way.

Please check the following table with applicable shipping fees per market, order value and shipping method.

Note that “Express” deliveries normally take 1 to 4 working days to arrive the destination in Europe or 3 to 10 days in the rest of the world.
"Standard" deliveries go from 5 to 10 working days in Europe.

TAXES & DUTIES
You may be subject to local import taxes and duties once your package reaches your Country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be, meaning all additional costs with taxes, duties and customs charges.
